For our salamis we use Italian pork shoulder and belly, marinate them in a special blend of spices and air-dry them for six weeks.

They have a very rich texture and are full of flavor.

Wild Boar Salami: pork*, wild boar, salt, flavors, dextrose, sucrose, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate; preservative: sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate.

Chilli Salami: pork*, salt, flavors, dextrose, sucrose, 0,2% chili, antioxidant: ascorbic acid; preservative: potassium nitrate.
